Setting up your TCC email address on your new Smartphone or Tablet can be a little tricky. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure you have the right directions for your specific device and address.

If you have a @TCC.ON.CA email account, please follow these steps:

iPhone or iPad

Click the mailbox at the bottom of your screen.
Click add account.
Click other.
Fill in your name, email address and password and click next.
Click POP
Fill out the incoming mail server > mail.tcc.on.ca, username and password
           *username is the begining of your email address ie: customer@tcc.on.ca username = customer
Fill out the outgoing mail server > smtp.tcc.on.ca, username and password
Click Save.
Go into settings > Mail/Contacts & Calendars
Click your TCC account. Scroll to the bottom.
Click Advanced Settings.
Incoming Mail server: Enable SSL/TLS             Port 110
Outgoing Mail server: Enable SSL/TLS             Port 555
Click Done.

Blackberry

From the Home screen - drag down from the top and select Settings 
Select Accounts.
Select Add Account.
Select Email, Calendar and Contacts.
Enter your Email Address and select Next.
Enter your Password – select the ‘eye’ icon to reveal the password to make sure it's entered correctly.
Your settings should be automatically detected.

If your settings aren't detected you'll get an error message, press Ok and follow the steps below.
Press Advanced (bottom of the screen).
As this is a POP account select POP.

Incoming server address: mail.tcc.on.ca
Port 110
SMTP Server Address: smtp.tcc.on.ca
Port 555
Click Done.

If you have a @EZLINK.ca email account, please follow these steps:

iPhone or iPad

Click the mailbox at the bottom of your screen.
Click add account.
Click other.
Fill in your name, email address and password and click next.
Click POP
Fill out the incoming mail server > ezlink.ca, username and password
           *username is the begining of your email address ie: customer@ezlink.ca username = customer
Fill out the outgoing mail server > smtp.ezlink.ca, username and password
Click Save.
Go into settings > Mail/Contacts & Calendars
Click your TCC account. Scroll to the bottom.
Click Advanced Settings.
Incoming Mail server: Disable SSL/TLS     Clear Text Authentication    Port 110
Outgoing Mail server: Disable SSL/TLS     Clear Text Authentication    Port 587
Click Done.

Blackberry

From the Home screen - drag down from the top and select Settings
