This is a shot of the crankcase cover.  You can see the August 9 1910 patent date.  "Premier, Patd Aug 9 1910, Manu f d By Connor Machine Co Ltd, Exeter Ont."  Our other Premier engine is missing this part, and we may have to get a copy of this one cast.
