While  the second stooge gives the okay and the third stooge looks on, the first stooge winches the body of the engine to the top of the ramp.  The body went up a little easier than the flywheels, but the rocker arm was difficult because when the engine first began to tilt it was pressed up against the ramp and threatening to break.
