We're starting to see a little progress in this picture.  The jug and the bottom halves of the main bearings have been added.  The paint from the base looks close, but not quite perfect.  The jug had been cracked before, and isn't even the original.  Which means the original jug must have been cracked badly.  If  you look closely you can see the crack right at the bottom of the far main bearing.  It was broken by the people at the junk yard who obviously didn't have problems with smashing a 100 year old relic to get a little piece of brass out.
