The following treatments are designed and performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Registered Massage Therapists in Ontario have completed a minimum of 2200 hours of training. An RMT can safely compliment medical treatment you may be receiving for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, insomnia and depression. Therapeutic massage aides with treating headaches, tendonitis, arthritis, back pain, chronic pain, sport injuries and motor vehicle accidents. The RMT can provide you with a receipt for your insurance if needed.

Therapeutic Focused Massage
The RMT will combine massage techniques of moderate pressure using Swedish, Relaxation, Myofascial, stretching and strengthening, hydrotherapy and aromatherapy to each session as needed, or requested. A focused massage is the answer for problem areas such as back, neck, shoulder pain and chronic injuries.

Pure Bliss Massage
A relaxation massage using aromatherapy hydrating lotions. This massage uses Swedish style strokes of light or moderate pressure that increases circulation and relieves muscular tension.
