Many athletes are realizing that yoga and Pilates are an important part of their workout. In yoga the breath is seen as a bridge between the body and the mind. Through proper breathing techniques the mind becomes still and calm, and the body follows. Pilates helps you to develop a strong core that’s going to make your chosen sport performance that much better.

Private Pilates Mat Sessions
A session consist of exercises performed on the floor, and on the ball. Pilates coordinates mind, body and breath to develop sleek and functionally strong abdominal muscles, a strong and supple back and aligns the shoulder girdle.

Private Yoga/Meditation Session
A more meditative style of yoga, incorporating physical posture and simple breathing techniques bringing greater awareness of body, breath and mind. Meditation session only if requested.

All private classes run 60min for 50.00, up to 2 people.
